The October 2011 First Friday broadcast of The Connection featured an interview with Dr. Thomas Ice by Pastor Skip Heitzig. Dr. Ice is the Executive Director of the Pre-Trib Research Center in Washington DC. He and Tim LaHaye founded the center to research, teach, proclaim, and defend pretribulationism.
